Yellowstone in winter is a completely different park. Herds of elk and bison roam the snow-blanketed landscape. The contrast of the grayish-white steam of the geysers against the snow and stunning blue skies creates a heightened sense of the Earth's powerful forces. With few visitors, Yellowstone becomes a peaceful haven where you can relax and renew.
