Sailing from San Francisco, we head north to Astoria, Oregon which offers its fascinating history before we arrive in Canada. There, we  visit exquisite Butchart Gardens and Craigdarroch Castle in Victoria before arriving in Vancouver. We return aboard our beautiful ship, the Ruby Princess.

DAY 1             D

We depart Albuquerque on our flight to San Francisco, where we meet our ship, the Ruby Princess.

DAY 2              B,L,D

A beautiful day at sea gives us time to relax and explore our ship. We can sit by the pool or enjoy a massage at the spa.

DAY 3             B,L,D

As the oldest American settlement west of the Rockies, Astoria offers a rich history for  exploration. It was first visited by Captain Robert Gray in 1792, by the Lewis & Clark Corps of Discovery in 1805, then adventuresome pioneers by the thousands. Now its our turn to experience the excitement of exploring Astoria.

DAY 4             B,L,D

We arrive in Seattle, WA, a fascinating city that's home to a thriving tech industry, the Space Needle, an observation deck built in 1962 for the World's Fair and Pike Place Market which is filled with flowers and flying fish.

DAY 5             B,L,D

Victoria exudes old-world charm and fragrant, colorful flowers are everywhere. Founded in 1843 by James Douglas of the Hudson's Bay Company, the city was first known as Fort Victoria. By 1848, Vancouver Island was a British colony and Victoria was its capital. We will thrill to our included excursion to Butchart Gardens.

DAY 6            B,L,D

Vancouver is a bustling west coast seaport in British Colombia and among Canada's densest and most ethnically diverse cities.  It is surrounded by mountains and has thriving arts and cultural opportunities.

DAY 7            B,L,D

Another luxurious day at sea.

DAY 8             B,L,D

Our final port is San Francisco, where we must say good by to our now familiar home the Ruby Princess and return to Albuquerque, relaxed and fulfilled.
