Let’s immerse ourselves in the rich culture, incredible landscapes and delicious cuisine of Hawaii on this one-of-a-kind 7-day cruise from Honolulu on Norwegian's Pride of America. We start in Honolulu where we can enjoy the sights and sounds of Waikiki, dive in for a swim, people watch or shop. We will all enjoy a luau on the famous north shore of Oahu. Once we board our ship, we have the unique opportunity to explore three other diverse islands of Hawaii.  From the lush, fragrant vegetation of Kauai to the Big Island’s dramatic volcanoes. With overnight stays in Maui and Kauai, we’ll have even more time to enjoy the best of Hawaii.

DAY 1

We depart Albuquerque on our flight to Honolulu, Oahu, where we’ll lodge two nights. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel. This evening we are on our own.

DAY 2             B,D

Today we embark on a deluxe motor coach tour stopping at the Dole Pineapple Plantation  on our way to the famed Polynesian Cultural Center. While there we have the opportunity to immerse ourselves in six different Island Villages of Polynesia, including the Hawaiian Islands. In addition to all the activities of this beautiful, lush 42-acre site, we will also enjoy their Luau and show before heading back to Waikiki for one last night on the island of Oahu.

Day 3               B,D

Enjoy your morning with an afternoon transfer to the ship.

DAY 4              B,L,D

Our first stop is Maui. A surplus of natural splendor and the genuine hospitality of its people have helped make Maui Hawaii's second most popular island. Explore the fascinating history of the town of Lahaina. We overnight in port.

DAY 5                B, L, D

Another day to explore Maui, known also as “The Valley Isle,” the second largest Hawaiian island. The island is beloved for its world-famous beaches, the sacred Iao Valley, views of migrating humpback whales (during winter months), farm-to-table cuisine and the magnificent sunrise and sunset from Haleakala.

DAY 6              B, L, D

We arrive at Hilo on the ‘Big Island’ early this morning. The entire city of Hilo is like one giant greenhouse with spectacular tropical flowers at every turn. We can visit the town's well-preserved historic buildings, which date back to the turn of the century and showcase Hawaii's unique architecture. Just 30 miles away the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is the home of the active Kilauea Volcano.

DAY 7              B, L, D

Kona offers the quintessential Hawaii experience. Sunny, warm weather and crystal blue waters entice us to partake in a variety of surfside fun. Shall we snorkel amongst a kaleidoscope of tropical marine life or take a surfing lesson, a kayaking trip or head out to deeper waters for some deep-sea fishing?

DAY 8              B, L, D

We arrive in Nawiliwili, Kauai this morning. Named after the Wiliwili trees, which once lined its picturesque harbor, this lovely port of Kauai is our gateway to what many believe to be Hawaii's most beautiful island. On "The Garden Island," nature is truly the star, from the dramatic mountains of Koke'e to the cool rainforests of Haena.  We overnight in port.

DAY 9               B, L, D

A morning in Kauai gives us more time to explore and enjoy the glorious blue ocean and green mountains. This afternoon we cruise along the spectacular Napali Coast of Kauai.

Day 10             B

We return to Oahu and leave our ship, but our Hawaii experience is not yet over. We visit Pearl Harbor to see the USS Arizona Memorial and USS Battleship Missouri and enjoy a coach tour of the city of Honolulu. It’s time to head for home but we will never forget the beauty of Hawaii.
