Branson’s reputation as a top vacation destination is well-earned. The museums and other attractions we will visit are as diverse as the live theatre we will attend. Ethereal Thorncrown Chapel, five great shows in Branson, and two important attractions in Oklahoma City, round out this tour to the breathtaking Ozark Mountains.

Included meals are denoted: Breakfast: B, Lunch: L, Dinner: D

We drive east across the plains of New Mexico and into Oklahoma. We lodge one night in Oklahoma City.

DAY 2              B,D

We continue to Eureka Springs. This charming town has flair like no other. Streets are lined with Victorian homes hugging cliff sides, and the entire downtown area is on the National Register of Historic Places. We will lodge one night at the 1886 Crescent Hotel. Tonight we'll enjoy a buffet dinner before the Great Passion Play.

DAY 3              B,D

We start the morning at Thorncrown Chapel. Nestled in a woodland setting, Thorncrown Chapel rises forty-eight feet into the Ozark sky. This magnificent wooden structure contains 425 windows and over 6,000 square feet of glass.  We have time for shopping in Eureka Springs this morning before continuing to our Branson hotel, where we lodge three nights. This evening, we'll enjoy our first show and dinner afterwards!

DAY 4              B,L

Our day has a nautical theme as we visit two ships. The Titanic Museum, built at half-scale to the original vessel, houses 400 Titanic artifacts. In the afternoon, we board the Showboat Branson Belle for a show, 3-course meal, and cruise on Table Rock Lake!  We have the evening free for a show on our own, if we choose.

DAY 5              B,D

This afternoon we'll attend Dick Clark's American Bandstand Theatre for Legends in Concert. With a live orchestra, magnificent costumes and stunning special effects, these amazing performers use their natural voices to pay homage to the stars they represent. We might see Elvis and Michael Jackson brought back to life. After our included dinner, we shift to the Grand Shanghai Theatre for the Shanghai Circus.

DAY 6              B,D

We leave Branson and continue to Bentonville.   As we drive, we stop at the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art where we celebrate the American spirit in a setting that unites the power of art with the beauty of nature! We enjoy a self-guided tour of a Frank Lloyd Wright house during our visit. This afternoon enjoy the fresh air of the beautiful Ozarks in Bentonville with some free time before dinner.

DAY 7              B

We depart our hotel and begin our quest for home. There's so much to see along the way. We stop at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum., then continue to the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum. We continue southwest to our hotel outside of Oklahoma City..

DAY 8            B,L

We return to New Mexico with memories of the great performances, the gentle beauty, and friendly people of Branson and the Ozarks.
