It's time to think about our return home, but first we stop at the Art Institute of Chicago. Its extensive collections include Seurat's A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte,  paintings by Picasso, Hopper and Diego Rivera, and exhibits of Asian, Egyptian,  Impressionist and Modern art. After, we visit Chicago’s popular Driehaus Museum, which explores the art, architecture, and design of the late 19th-century, with a focus on the Gilded Age.  Then we depart for the airport and our return to Albuquerque, stuffed like turkeys with memories of the Windy City.
