of these services are not agents of nor owned by
Sun Tours. Thus, Sun Tours is not responsible
for any negligence of any supplier. By using the
services of the suppliers you agree that you
will hold the supplier responsible for any
accident, injury, property damage, or personal
loss, and that neither Sun Tours, nor any
representative of Sun Tours, shall be liable.
SUN TOURS, its agents, and employees are not
responsible for any injury or loss incurred by
our tour participants due to (but not limited
to): acts of God, strikes, acts of war or civil
unrest, criminal or terrorist activities,
airline (or other transportation vehicle)
delays, and weather-related problems.
SUN TOURS reserves the right to accept or reject
any person as a tour participant and to expel
any participant whose conduct compromises the
safety, health, or enjoyment of other
participants.
SUN TOURS should be made aware at sign up time
of any disability which presents special needs.
Sun Tours will make reasonable accommodation to
meet those needs but is not responsible for any
denial of services by suppliers.
SUN TOURS is responsible only for events and
situations under our direct control.
SUN TOURS reserves the right to change
itineraries and to correct pricing errors. The
cost of airfare may increase within 45 days of
departure.
